Italian land registry search from abroad
The visura catastale is the official record of a property in the Italian land registry (Catasto): owners, cadastral category, size and rendita. We request it from the Agenzia delle Entrate database and email you the PDF, usually within minutes.
What you get
- The official visura catastale in PDF, in Italian, as issued by the Agenzia delle Entrate database
- Delivery by email and on your order page
- Automatic refund if the document cannot be issued
What you need
- The town (comune) and province of the property
- The cadastral references: foglio, particella and, for buildings, subalterno. They are on the deed of purchase (rogito) or on an old visura
- Or the owner’s codice fiscale, to search by owner
