Italian cadastral floor plan from abroad
The planimetria catastale is the floor plan of a property filed at the Italian land registry. Notaries, banks and buyers ask for it. Only the owner, or someone with the owner’s written authorisation (delega), can request it.
What you get
- The official floor plan in PDF from the Agenzia delle Entrate database
- Delivery by email, usually within 24 working hours
- Automatic refund if the document cannot be issued
What you need
- The cadastral references of the property (foglio, particella, subalterno)
- The owner’s codice fiscale
- If you are not the owner: an authorisation (delega) signed by the owner and a copy of the signer’s ID, uploaded in the form

Why do you need the owner’s authorisation?
